Yoga therapist, Amy Elias Kornfeld, M.S., facilitates these classes. She and her husband have three children and raised them all with natural diet and medicine. Her two younger children were born at-home with a midwife present, almost 18 years ago. Amy believes pregnancy and birth should be a moment in time that brings the whole family together. Amy "EN"-courages you to put "courage" back into family and remember the values that are life-affirming.
